Joyce Deutscher was born on the family farm in 1925. She couldn't wait to go to the hospital. She cartooned in her dairies from an early age. Her childhood scribbling can be seen in the farm account book. Joyce Deutscher was an art teacher at Martin Collegiate. She retired in the 70's. She is not represented by a gallery. She has exhibited at the Dunlop and has works at the Saskatchewan Arts Board. Joyce has attended Emma Lake workshops. Joyce has done religious work for the United Church of Canada. Joyce Deutscher has shown in many galleries over the years in one man and group shows.
